Extended-stay Residents
- Extended-stay residents (longer than 21 days) are required to pay the following upon move-in:
- First full month rent
- $50 power deposit
- Will be credited on the final bill
- $100 cable box use fee
- Cable box, remote, and cords must be returned in satisfactory condition after your stay.
Rates
- Pay with Credit Cards, Venmo, Paypal or Cash
- Checks accepted for extended-stay residents only
- Power is billed at .12 cents/kW—meters are read monthly
Storage
- Long-term Storage
- Trailers: $50/60/70/month depending on size
- Cars: $50/month
- Overflow Parking
- $20/night
Additional Information
- Must be owner-occupied—no sub-renting
- No more than two persons per unit—without special approval
- No public showers, public bathroom facilities, and tent camping
- Dogs are $50/dog per month extra. 2 Dog limit - 30 lbs limit
- Exceptions only as required by law for service and assistance animals that provide specific work, task, or service for an individual per ADA and Fair Housing Act
- Hillside Palms RV Park does not provide security for the parking or storage areas
